Hi Reps Group Fitness Boot Camp sessions are performed in a group setting led by a fitness instructor who will instruct, demonstrate,motivate and guide you throughout the session. Hi Reps group fitness boot camp sessions usually consists of toning exercises, conditioning and cardiovascular work to raise the heart rate, which will help you lose weight and become fit. All our group fitness boot camp sessions run for a duration of one hour. Essentially a personal training session in a group enviroment and very cost effective.

HI COMBAT BOXING - Our HI COMBAT classes are a fun way to help you work your upper and lower body simultaneously, increase strength and energy, reduce your levels of stress and increase your level of self-esteem by using boxing equipment combined with a cardio and toning workout. It’s a fun way to burn up to 800 calories an hour
HI POWER CARDIO - This is an all in one workout with a high level of cardio training incorporated with weights and boxing using the upper and lower body muscle groups. HI POWER is a very challenging workout that will help increase speed and agility. HI SCULPT FAT BLAST - HI SCULPT is a session that is dedicated to offering exercises targeting the abs, butt and thighs. This session concludes with a 15 min stretch component HI ENDURANCE RUNNING CLUB - A fun and motivational session that improves overall health, heart and lung fitness. Our HI ENDURANCE sessions help condition the lungs to use more oxygen whilst increasing your heart’s efficiency by decreasing your heart rate. With regular HI ENDURANCE exercise you will be able to run faster and for longer periods than when you started with Hi Reps. This class is great for people who also want to train for events like the City2Surf, marathons or fun runs. HI FIT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING - HI FIT is a series of strength or cardio exercises (or both) repeated two or three times with little or no rest between sets. Our step by step HI FIT workout's combines cardio and strength moves that will blast fat and sculpt muscle and it will help you burn 30 per cent more calories. HI REPS WEIGHTS -Our HI REPS classes will help sculpt and define your body by improving muscular strength and endurance. By toning your body you are simply replacing fat with muscle – muscles burn more calories than fat. We can help sculpt your body muscles to give you more body shape, become stronger, increase your postural stability and work more effectively.
HI INTENSITY - This class is made up of several intervals that include 20 second of intense exercise followed by 10 second rest, repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes per interval. HI INTENSITY involved full body compound exercises and intervals designed to increase athletic performance, develop VO2 Max and decrease body fat. If you’re looking for something new to excite and re-energise your muscles this workout will help get the results you crave.
HI ENERGY CIRCUIT - A circuit based session that involves moving around a series of stations that include conditioning combining resistance training, strength and high-intensity aerobics. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance. This class is guaranteed to give you an uncomplicated and challenging total body work out with loads of variety. Our HI ENERGY session is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. HI REPS BOOT CAMP - It is a tough, army style, test-your-limits workout that utilises discipline based motivational techniques designed to achieve serious results. Our Boot camp sessions are designed to push the limits to give you the maximum results in a short period of time. Boot camp is a high intensity workout that will increase fitness levels, reduce body fat and increase muscle tone.
