STEP ONE – Take part in FREE trial
If you are new to fitness, coming from a traditional gym routine, bored with your current fitness activity, need some help with fitness goals or just curious then join in our free trial
Our trial provides you with access to any 3 classes in one week on our weekly timetable. Here you’ll hear about Hi Reps, why it works, the difference between Functional Fitness and CrossFit and out other classes and get one weeks’ worth of workouts in the process.
Our trial has a no-obligation offer, limited to new local people of Hi Reps and can only be used over a 1-week consecutive period.
STEP TWO – Pick a membership to suit you
After your trial, our coaches will be around for questions and comments. We’ll talk to you about your schedule and fitness and health goals, our different programs, and work with you to find the right solution and get you signed up.

If you have enjoyed your trial and ready for a solid general fitness in a group format and tons of variety, then click to sign up for our Unlimited All Access package. You will have the freedom to attend as many classes as you like per week, gym access during OPEN hours (outside class hours), NO Contracts or Hold fees.
3 SESSIONS PER WEEK MONTHLY
If you have enjoyed your trial and ready for a solid general fitness of up to 3 sessions per week in a group format and tons of variety, then click to sign up for our 3 per week package.
DROP IN RATES
- We welcome travellers to visit our gym and experience the Hi Reps difference.
