COVID SAFETY – Government Requirements

HI REPS Rouse Hill has a duty of care to the health and wellbeing of our staff and the community whilst operating business. We ask that all members adhere to the below:

  • 1.5m distance between you and others – including coaches
  • No high-fives / fist pumps / hugs etc
  • Come in, enjoy your training, work hard and go home – No lingering inside before or after a class
  • Face masks must be worn entering/leaving (we are finding further information about needing to wear them during exercise – I will advise you during your 1st session)
  • Use hand sanitiser on arrival
  • Disinfect equipment before and after use
  • Towels must be bought to class and used – No towel = No training / or $5 fee for towel hire
  • Regular washing of hands
  • Frequent cleaning in place by staff
  • You MUST book into each class (via the app); we have max numbers allowed
  • Check-in using the QR code on entry
  • You will need to provide proof of vaccination (this can be done on the 1st day/session)
  • No booking = no training! You cannot simply show up and expect to train
  • Your personal details must be up to date in our system – this can be done via the My Club Fitness app or via email to
  • Gym users MUST swipe their tag on entry ALWAYS

People are required to stay at home if they are unwell, display any symptoms of COVID-19 infection or had close contact with another person diagnosed with COVID-19.


If you have visited or been in contact with someone from interstate hotspots or any NSW hot spots please do not attend Hi Reps for 14 days
