No matter your current fitness ability, if you are looking to make positive strides in your health and fitness, we want YOU at Hi Reps Fitness. Hi Reps programs/classes are designed for all fitness levels, from little to experienced fitness, everyone is welcome at Hi Reps Fitness and we look at making fitness training fun, rewarding & achievable for each of our members.

Every class runs for 1 hour and is actively coached by a professional, passionate and friendly coach. It’s our job to teach correct movement, modify workouts to suit all abilities and encourage every single member of Hi Reps Fitness. Our focus is to offer people a fun, friendly and intimidation-free health and fitness experience.

At Hi Reps, all our programs are in a group class format. Which means you’ll never have to ask yourself, “what should I do today?” Instead, you come in, give your training all you got and the results will show themselves quickly.

All our coaches lead by example, we train hard and we wouldn’t ask you to do anything we wouldn’t do ourselves.

CROSSFIT

CrossFit classes “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our programming combines strength/weight training with metcons (a.k.a. metabolic conditioning). Our CrossFit classes run an hour in length, and on any given day, you could be working on skills like pull-ups, a back squat, or rowing on the erg mixed with some burpees.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Weightlifting class is dedicated to developing the two main Olympic lifts: the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. The class will help your overall performance by improving skills and body awareness, while also increasing strength and power in all of your lifts. The barbell functionally challenges your muscles, joints, and balance all at once, which research has proven can lead to significant strength gains compared to traditional exercises

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Functional classes mix callisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and dumbbell/kettlebell strength training. With a new workout every day, these classes are designed to push members harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.

METCON

MetCon Workouts, (aka. Metabolic Conditioning), are fast-paced, high-intensity workouts completed in a short period of time that will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat..

SPORTS SPECIFIC PERSONAL TRAINING

Every athlete can be fitter, stronger & faster, whether you are at the top of the ladder or the bottom. Improve your fitness level, and in doing so improve your performance in your sport. Sessions with Hi Reps will be made fun and varied. Personal training will be linked to training within the specific sport you are involved with and focused around improving in particular areas.
We have experience from working with teams and individuals in sports such as baseball, Alpine Skiing, Water Skiing, BMX, Weightlifting, Cricket, Tennis and Athletics. There is no sport that we can’t help you with.

ACTIVE KIDS/TEENS

ACTIVE KIDS/TEENS program is based on the principle of Mechanics > Consistency > Intensity through adolescence. Our young members (ages group 7-11yrs & 12-15yrs) improve their fitness while gaining strength, learning new techniques, while gaining confidence & self-esteem at this growing age.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training offers a one-on-one private workout session with a coach. Your coach will assist you in developing a comprehensive personal fitness program. Whether you are just starting an exercise program or looking for some variety in your existing program, your Coach will help you reach your goals. Learn the different weight training and cardiovascular equipment and receive personal instruction on exercise technique. Our Coaches offer in-depth education and motivation needed to guide you towards lifetime fitness.

ONRAMP

This course is mandatory for anyone who wants to do CrossFit and has not completed a similar course at another CrossFit affiliate. Both performance and safety are a top priority at Hi Reps Rouse Hill, and we want you all to have a solid foundation. On-Ramp is three sessions over one week and takes place after you complete your CrossFit trial. Each session runs for 30mins and introduces key skills with 1on1 time with you and one of our experienced coaches. This course runs at a time confirmed by you and our coach outside CrossFit class hours and following the trial session.
