Our Hi Reps programs/classes are designed around all life-stages.
- Starting with our Active Kids (8-15 years) providing a fun program encouraging children to be active & staying fit.
- Our Athletic Performance provides individualised training based programs on personal goals and sport-specific demands.
- Our Fit 4 classes are group workouts focused around burning fat, building lean muscle & boosting your metabolism while having fun & our coaches provide the personalised attention you need to get the most out of your workout
All our Group Fitness classes run for 1 hour & are actively instructed by a professional, passionate and friendly coach. It’s our job to motivate each individual, teach correct movement, modify workouts to suit all abilities and encourage every single member of Hi Reps Fitness.

Our Active Kids Program focuses on introducing children (age 8yrs – 15yrs) to different exercises, drills, team interaction, and fun activities. Children have an opportunity to learn good movement through sport/exercise. Most importantly, our students love Active Kids classes and have a blast every single time!
Workouts are safe, for all abilities & ages 8 yrs – 15 yrs.
Our Hi Reps Athlete Program is designed for junior through to senior athletes who are currently competing in any sporting code. Our experienced Strength & Conditioning Coaches can tailor your individualised training program to suit your current sporting demands and help you excel in your sport.
FIT 4 CLASSES
Fit 4 programs/classes are designed to burn fat, build lean muscle & boost your metabolism. Everyone is encouraged to go at his or her own pace, but you will be motivated by your friendly coach to push yourself and reach life-long goals while having fun & making friends.
