We have scheduled Athletic Performance classes where you will be able to complete your personalised training program with our Athletic Coach on hand to help with guidance, coaching & assisting with your program.

We do this through assessing how each athlete moves and by programming individually to suit each athlete’s strengths and weaknesses working from the ground up approach.
