We are recruiting members for Team Hi Reps for 2019 Weightlifting season.

Olympic Weightlifting is a high performance sport and joining our Hi Reps Weightlifting Club at Rouse Hill is predicated on your training to compete in official weightlifting competitions sanctioned by the Australian Weightlifting Federation.

It is therefore essential to train at least 4 times a week, and to join the New South Wales Weightlifting Association and compete in at least two weightlifting competitions in 2019 season.

Coach Mark Dugandzich is very goal orientated and would like nothing more than to help you achieve your goals this 2019 season. Training programs are written by Coach Mark, NCAS 2 coach certification and State Referee Certification and supervised by the Club’s coaches.

Members of the Hi Reps Weightlifting Team receive coaching and programming as part of being members of the gym.

Lifters are encouraged to train at times that best suit their schedule.

We provide: Semi Coached Session on Mon-Thur 2-8pm
***Note*** Semi Coached Session are when the gym is open but coach may undertaking gym floor duties, but can still have a watchful eye on the athlete lifting.

Team Training Session fully coached – Saturday 9am
