Hi Reps is a fitness centre located in Rouse Hill which has been active since 2009. We are a team of highly trained and passionate coaches that strive to provide the most effective and hassle-free fitness experience to our fellow Hi Reppers – our members. As such, we pride ourselves on knowing all our Reppers’ by their first name and welcoming each and everyone of them into our family.

We understand that a new health and fitness journey can be both exciting and daunting, which is why we stand by our members’ side every step of the way. We want your journey with us to be a comfortable & long-lasting one.

LEADING HEADS

Every class is actively coached by a professional, passionate and friendly coach. It’s our job to teach correct movement, modify workouts to suit all abilities and encourage every single member of Hi Reps Fitness. Our focus is to offer people a fun, friendly and intimidation-free health and fitness experience.

All our coaches lead by example, we train hard and we wouldn’t ask you to do anything we wouldn’t do ourselves.

Mark

Mark is Founder and Head Coach of Hi Reps Fitness. Mark started Hi Reps Fitness in 2009 drawing from all aspects of fitness training. He’s built a unique and dynamic style of training which has had dramatic effects on people’s fitness journey. Mark has tweaked a training method found at Hi Reps Fitness and has recently celebrated his 10th year in business as a personal trainer. Mark’s passion for all things fitness began from an early age with Rugby Union/League and had seen him participate in representative football, triathlons, marathons.

Stef

Stef is known for always wanting to help where she can and being super organised. So when given the opportunity to combine her love of fitness and helping people she went and completed her studies in Personal Training.
Since 2009, she has handled the back end of Hi Reps Fitness (marketing, customer service and accounts). She is our go-to girl when it comes to any queries and questions you have about how Hi Reps Fitness can assist you further with your health and fitness journey.

Jonesy

Jonesy (Glenn) grew up playing AFL and represented both QLD and NSW at different levels (including Sydney Swans under 19s) until the age of 21. Glenn has been a coach at Hi Reps Fitness for the since 2012 and draws on his personal weight loss experience to help guide, educate and motivate Hi Reppers at each and every training session to a healthier and happier lifestyle.
