No guilt: Foods you can overeat

If a genie were to grant us three wishes, we’d do well to pick one as being able to eat how much we want of anything without a change in our physical and mental wellbeing.

Unfortunately, overindulging in food has consequences in our real world. But let’s be honest, sometimes we just want to have too much of something. Temptations are everywhere, and we don’t even need to fork over a lot of money to satisfy a sudden and quick craving, even if it jeopardizes our exercising and nutrition for the week.

There is, however, a way to overeat and not deal with undesired and negative results.

By overeating…low calorie foods!

Of course, calorie-free foods don’t exist, but here are a couple of healthy foods you can eat a lot of and are unlikely to gain weight:

1. Blueberries & blackberries
2. Grapefruit
3. Oranges
4. Apples
5. Strawberries
6. Melon and watermelons
7. Any vegetables
8. Herbs & spices
9. Beverages: Coffee & Tea
