Benefits of Group Fitness Training at Hi Reps Fitness

2018 has been our most successful year yet with our Active Kids/Teens program and we have already booked out both Monday & Wednesday sessions.

We would love to know if another day/class would be of interest to parents/kids. Our aim is to include a TUESDAY 430pm class, however we need enough interest to go ahead.

Group classes are more than sweaty bodies and shouts of effort and encouragement that are seen and heard in the session. You are likely to have more fun exercising in a group than working out on your own. Group classes are a wonderful place to meet people who have similar lifestyle goals and needs. Make friends, have adult conversations and discover solutions to problems as you talk with other members before and after class.


Participating in a group class challenges you to work out beyond your perceived limitations. Your coach will observe your body for signs of fatigue, monitor your safety and push you to your limits. You are likely to work out harder, as everyone is exercising toward the same goal than you would on your own. A great coach, like our Hi Reps Fitness Coaches, will explain the benefits of each exercise, which increases your reasons to complete the workout and keeps you returning to the program.


Group classes are available in variety styles. If your goals are weight loss or muscle gain, Hi Reps Fitness classes at Rouse Hill, are ideal if you want to learn the fine skills of strength training, conditioning or exercise mobility then our specialist classes are perfect for you.


A group setting helps keep you accountable to attend the gym. When the coach and other participants ask why you were absent, they are concerned for your well-being, and you will not want to have an “I sat on the couch eating Tim-Tams” answer.
